Quilts, kids and rock ‘n’ roll 5.10.13

This isn’t technically a quilt, but it’s my contribution to an effort pulled together by the Vancouver Modern Quilt Guild called To Boston With Love. Participants are making flags in the theme of love and hope for a huge installation at the Boston Museum of Fine Arts over Memorial Day Weekend. I am so happy to be a part of this, and I hope that the people of Boston like it.

Does the design look familiar? I used it to test out the piecing for the latest skyline quilt. I hope I have time to make at least one more before they are collected and mailed.
